Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact me before sending anything back. Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Once the return is received and checked, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so I can make it right.

EU customers retain any statutory consumer rights that apply to their purchase.
