Shipping and delivery

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

All orders include tracking when available. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside my control.

Current standard shipping rates for patch orders:

Canada: CA$6
United States: CA$10
European Union: CA$20 DDP
Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong: CA$15

Additional patches added to the same order do not increase the standard shipping charge.

EU orders are shipped using DDP service where supported, so applicable import charges are handled upfront.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required to resend it.
