Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and Switzerland.

If your country isn't listed, feel free to send me a message and I'll see what I can do!

All US and UK orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning import duties and applicable taxes are prepaid. You shouldn't have to pay any additional import charges upon delivery.

For EU orders, DDP shipping is used where available, with applicable import charges handled upfront.

For destinations where DDP isn't available, local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Friday.

Tracking is provided whenever available. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside my control.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required to resend it.
